05 May Kaumera extraction in a mobile demo unit

In April 2022, a mobile Kaumera extraction plant will be in operation at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The pilot is built in the frame of the WATER-MINING project and allows Kaumera production to be researched in different environments. The installation is containerized, transportable and due to the batch process easily adjustable to local conditions.
