The Larnaca Sewerage and Drainage Board (LARNACA) is a public utility organisation established by the Council of Ministers order 25.795 on 16 May 1985, in accordance with the provisions of the Sewerage Systems Law 1971-2017. LARNACA reports to the Ministry of the Interior, and is subject to auditing by the Auditor General. The organisation is managed by a board of 34 members, and is run by 50 employees.
