WETSUS

WETSUS – ‘European centre of excellence for sustainable water technology’ – is a research institute dedicated to sustainable water technology. WETSUS is a unique environment where 16 European universities and over 100 companies participate in creating innovative solutions to water-related problems. The institute carries out multidisciplinary research performed by 60 PhD students and postdoctoral researchers located in the WETSUS laboratories in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. WETSUS is part of WaterCampus Leeuwarden, with facilities and services to develop and bring to the market new water technologies, including piloting and demonstration sites.
